"This is a beautiful property. Everything has been updated and is very beautiful. The beds and furniture are very comfortable and the property was VERY clean. Melissa was great to work with. We were very pleased with our stay and would rent again. The only issue we had was that the doors upstairs to the bedrooms and bathroom stuck and were unable to be closed. "The Historic Blue House was a perfect choice for our family. We were 3 generations with 2 4-legged family members, visiting family in the area. Three bedrooms with comfortable queen beds were just what we needed and they had TV's in each room. We did not use the 4th bedroom with bunkbeds. The house has a large, well-equipped kitchen, dining room with a table for 8, living room with TV, nice sunroom and outside patio. As an older house, there were some squeaky floorboards and stairs that were not a problem for us. Multi-outlet adapters and lamps with outlets were provided to help compensate for the older electrical. Cedric provided lots of resources for activities and restaurants in the area. Several fun activities in the house were enjoyed by the younger folks of the family. Cedric communicated well and was friendly and responsive. This is a great house!"

Charming fully renovated home near PURDUE

"Very clean, well appointed kitchen. Nice park across the street. Sofa/chairs are not same as in pictures and were flimsy and not comfortable. Outside amenities were scant with an unmaintained fire pit that would have taken 30 minutes to an hour to be able to use. Water had sulfur smell. I would stay there again but my wife was not as pleased as I was."
