「Staff was very helpfull. Had an incident and I feel the staff handled it very well」

「We liked the coziness of the lobby and the availability of coffee, tea and hot chocolate 24/7. The room is very modern and clean with updated bathroom and walk-in shower. No towel hooks on the bathroom walls, however which made it awkward. Our biggest disappointment was the dining room being closed for cleaning during breakfast hours.」

「The staff didn’t do the rooms and didn’t bring clean towels. I had to go to the front desk to get towels. I left the tag on the door for room service. The woman who was supposed to do our room said she knocked early and didn’t get an answer. I explained that we put the tag out early and wasn’t there.」

「The staff members were all OUTSTANDING and KIND. Primary the front desk ladies, bit also the breakfast ladies and housekeepers! This only happens through the efforts of local management. Recruiting and training the right people and maintaining a supportive environment, but also one that demands great customer care. “Someone is doing things right.” Thanks we’ll be back.」

「The rooms were clean, but there was a stench in the room and it seems like other viewers have had this problem other than me. My big problem with this hotel is that I misplaced my wallet which is totally on me, but I asked if we could view the cameras to see if I dropped outside my room and if someone picked it up, I got told the camera room is locked then got told there is no cameras except for the one in the lobby that doesn’t record which is nuts to me, so there is no security cameras around...

「The lobby reeked of smoke. The exterior was dirty. The hallway smelled awful and needed new everything. Once inside the room there were almost no amenities. The room was fairly clean and didn't smell as bad. The beds were fine. The bath was not ideal but expected for the price. I don't think I would stay again.」
