"Just got home from a 3 night stay. Stayed here quite few times.Normally stay with son and have 2 seperate rooms.On this occasion i was staying on my ownThis room was the best so far .Very spacious.and clean.House keeping came to room daily and were very polite. Breakfast lady very chatty,She always very polite and always cheerful,can have good laugh with her.Apologies I know I've stayed several times but I'm just no good with names. Breakfast was ok and always plenty of food and variety of drinks. Nice staff on reception. Easy quick check in and out. Plenty of parking . I know the hotel does look bit shabby on outside and some rooms are bit dated and repairs are needed,but couldn't really fault this room. The entrance is to side of hotel and i know the entrance is open at night ,but I can honestly say I felt safe there even on my own.Thanks Barons court staff for making me feel welcome yet again."

"We checked in ok but once we arrived in our room it went down hill. The carpet was dirty with stains and clearly hadn't been hoovered well. Mould on window frame and on sealant in bathroom. We found something disgusting on the sink and hair in the bed. We complained and were upgraded to a better room. It was much better but clearly still in need of basic maintaince. Breakfast was very small one helping with very little given especially for the cost of it."

"Fantastic service and very helpful staff but if you want a good night's sleep make sure your room is away from the front of the hotel. Smokers and other guests meet outside from early morning and are not quiet."

"Lovely stay here, good sized room, tea, coffee and hot chocolate, also had 2 bottles of water and a pack of biscuits in the room which had its own fridge and microwave plus there's a full sized kitchen with washer and dryer on the ground floor. Good sized bathroom and shower. There's a small courtyard out the back with picnic bench for outside private eating or a few drinks. Parking was ok with spaces either side of the building and I slept very well in a very comfortable bed."

"We had a lovely stay the staff on arrival were very friendly and helpful our room was clean and very spacious and the bed was very comfy they had Dove shower gel and shampoo free to use in the bathroom/shower the breakfast was great with also the option to grab and go so we made bacon rolls up to take on the next part of our trip this is my second time to stay at this hotel and I would recommend it there is also a lovley restaurant next door in walking distance that serves great meals and carvery at great prices also parking at the hotel is free 😊"

"The room was very good, took a little time in the morning to have my room cleaned, but that is a minor detail. Also, some of the places in the hydrotherapy suite seemed a few degrees cooler than normal (hot tub, salt room, heated loungers). Again this is a small detail as the value for money is still excellent. Staff are extremely attentive and the place itself is wonderful. I shall be returning."
