The room that we stayed in did not have a inside security door bolt on the door. The shower had no pressure and the head was broken and also had mold on the spray nozzles. So definitely wasn't taking a shower. The fan in the bathroom was broken/disconnected when turning on the light. The light switch itself was operable but broken. The elevators were slow and the doors on one car had to be pushed open after they wouldn't open when we got to the bottom floor.

The room was radioactive as it was full of mold from top to bottom. We woke up congested and with headaches due to the contaminated environment. We recommend that you do not stay there until the break apart and renovate the place. We asked to move rooms but the management did not see the need.

I unfortunately didn’t have a good experience staying here. The walls are extremely thin, so it was very difficult to sleep because you can hear everything from neighboring rooms and the hallway. Guests were also very loud throughout the night. When we first arrived, there were police surrounding the property, which made the environment feel uncomfortable. Overall, it wasn’t a very restful or pleasant stay.

The hotel that I can go to simply do not recommend it they should close it they do not clean the rooms the beautiful full of hair of the previous customer must be and since they do not clean I had to see it the bathtub completely dirty as I say they did not clean under the bed full of garbage with toothpicks on the sides of the bed a disgusting thing do not go that does not serve it is very cute in photos but when you arrive it is another reality and not to say the damp plague please repair that hotel it is a pity that you rent people in that place with such horrible conditions

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Our stay was a nightmare. There were bugs in the bathroom, room service only came once in four days, we were denied extra pillows for our four-year-old, and we had to go to the lobby for clean towels. But the worst part was a major leak after one night of rain. We returned from a conference for our daughter’s genetic disorder to find our suitcases, clothes, toys, and books completely soaked. The carpet was saturated—dirty water came up onto our feet. We were promised a manager call, but no one contacted us. The next morning, “Kay,” who said she was a manager, was rude and dismissive. She falsely claimed we were offered a room change and suggested switching rooms an hour before checkout or dry cleaning our belongings as we rushed to catch a flight. After checkout, she made sarcastic comments about us in the lobby. Completely unacceptable service. Do not stay here.

The hotel itself is no better than a motel six, my room had peeling paint. My original room didn’t have a flushable toilet. I came back after a work event to having no hot water and was told there was nothing they could do for me. I would not recommend staying here better off spending a little bit more money to have better accommodations.

The room was semi clean,bathroom looked clean until you actually looked around there was hair (not long) but very visible in the tub. Water pressure barely there. Television had approximately 9 channels many without sound at all. We never saw a maid at all in our room and had to call the front desk (on my cellphone as the room phone did not work) for fresh towels during our 4 day stay. When I went to the front desk about the tv the clerk said that’s all there is we are aware. The location was great sadly that was the only good thing about it. Also other guest were complaining about roaches thank God we did not encounter any. Due to weather and flight issues we had to extend our trip by 3 days we changed hotels.

C- minus hotel. Luckily during our stay we didn't come across any bed bugs nor cockroaches. However some of the staff at the front desk are skells and/or turds. Our room smelled like cigarettes. We had to asked for additional toilet paper because what they supplied us in the room was partially used. Their business center which had a rack with brochures for tourists to checkout sites was always locked and our key cards wouldn't even open. The first floor restroom was always locked and the staff upfront @ the main desk didn't even have a key to open it. I mean really, cmon now. Avoid any of these hotels that were formerly Ramada cuz they suck @$$.

Stay away from this old neglected hotel. A.the hot water system doesnt work properly. B. Unless I asked them they wouldnt clean the room. C.When they did , not everything was replaced. D. When I chcked out at 4 A.M. no one was at the front desk E. One elevator is broken . F. some of the guests were very noisy until 2 A.M.

This is actually my first time in my life I hate my room. Me and my boyfriend just was switched to room 630 because room 130 didn’t have hot water, the toilet didn’t flush, the HDMI port don’t work, when I tried to call the front desk the phone cord would not stay inside the phone so I can complete the call and the speakerphone did not work!! The customer service is not good at all!! When I was at the desk waiting to complain about my issue there were two Elder women and she requested two additional pillows. The front desk lady stated there was no housekeeping and she will have to wait until the morning. I volunteer two pillows from my room because it was two beds and I did not need the additional pillows. The front desk lady looked irritated and said to the other lady, she will bring them down to her room. And not to mention, they said the hotel was sold out of rooms, but yet they switched our room!! she asked me did I want to switch my room as if I wanted to stay in a room without a flushing toilet. This is only a day trip and it’s only nine at night.! I would not recommend this hotel for anybody and I’m not over exaggerating or lying!!!!!!! I didn’t like the fact that the elevator was dirty and the whole entire hotel did not smell the best!!! to be honest room 630 was better than 130 but I won’t be going back! The only most convenient thing about the hotel is I was able to walk everywhere I needed to go!!
