    -Historic Flamingo Park neighborhood, surrounded by homes built in the 1920s and 1930’s
    -4 bedrooms with queen beds, 2 couches-sleeps 10
    -luxurious Italian bedding.
    -2 ½ baths, including master bath with antique tub and rain shower
    -fully equipped chef’s kitchen
    -private, full enclosed outdoor dip pool/hot tub.
    -private, enclosed outdoor space for sunbathing, activities, outdoor dining with 8-person table.
    -Weber gas grill and Grillmaster charcoal grill for guest use
    -high speed fiber internet throughout the house with up to 1TB upload/download speed
    -bicycles and beach essentials for guest use.

Loved the location and size of the house, definitely enough space for our group. But the house in general needs alot more love an attention to the basics as well as exterminator services all around. Overall great value for the house, but don't expect everything to be perfect or in working order throughout.

The house is generally not well maintained, and the pictures on the VRBO website are deceiving. Animals live in the attic over the master bedroom - they are loud and kept us up at night. The owner never responded to my VRBO message re the animals. Read the more critical reviews of this property - they are accurate.

Great house!

We stayed here for a week with seven adults and a 22 month old. The house is larger than I thought it was and had plenty of room for all of us. It was very comfortable and spacious.Greatly appreciated the items that were available to us such as beach, chairs, toys, coolers, etc. The kitchen had good utensils and cooking items.The description was accurate in saying it was seven minutes to Palm Beach. We would love to stay here again.
