Formerly an old nursery school, La Vieja Escuela (The Old School) has been updated, but still maintains the old charm of yesteryear with up-to-date amenities for today’s world.

Locals call this type of studio a "casita". It's a very intimate setting suited for couples and individuals. Tucked behind the main house and next to another casita is this studio apartment boasting a kitchenette, 20" gas stove, cable TV, Wi-Fi, queen bed and a renovated pool which is shared with other guests.

The kitchen has recently been remodeled, new appliances and mini-split system AC with heat pump.

Wonderful Location

West Palm Hideaway

I came down from New York to visit family and have some alone time near the beach. This property is a gem tucked away in a quiet neighborhood with access to all that West Palm Beach has to offer.

Great spot in West Palm Beach!

My sister and I recently stayed at Ferney's studio, and it was absolutely great! We enjoyed the pool and quiet location. The studio was clean and comfortable. Ferney was very responsive, and we can't wait to return.

Quick Work Trip

Great little property for a quick work trip. The host was very accommodating and responsive, making the stay seamless. The location is fantastic—very close to downtown and convenient for exploring or work. I would stay there again.

Perfect Getaway!

This place is perfect for two people. The property is like a little oasis, the backyard is gorgeous. Everything was amazing. 10 minute drive or less to the beach and so many restaurants. Loved our stay, 10/10 recommend!!

Adorable Casita!

This cottage was perfect in every way. Immaculately clean and beautifully maintained, with old world vibes combined with modern conveniences. The pool was warm and lovely, surrounded by lush tropical landscaping. The home is conveniently located in a beautiful historic neighborhood. Great stay, highly recommend!

Private, Quiet Stay!

We had a relaxing time at our studio. A short drive to beaches and shops, with a pool and grill as well. Quiet neighborhood and we did not see anyone at the house/studio, nor did we need to, the hosts gave great privacy.

Absolutely beautiful!

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay. It was just as gorgeous as it is advertised online. Very quiet, cute quaint place for a couple retreat. It had all the amenities you could think. It was perfect. close to a small little downtown area for food and shopping. close to peanut island. The owner was attentive. We will definitely be back for another weekend get away.

Absolutely beautiful!

This property was beyond what I expected. The landscaping is gorgeous! Everything you need is there. There was even beach chairs, umbrella, beach mats, and coolers. This made it so convenient especially if you travel there by plane. The pool was wonderful. The bed was very comfortable. If I ever make it back to West Palm Beach this will be my 1st choice. Loved it!
