The property was perfect for our family and extended family. There was plenty of space and bedrooms for all. The pool area was nice to have in the Florida sun. The house is close to restaurants, shopping, and a short ride to the beach. My wife and I would take a 4 mile walk to the bridge and back each day along the water front which was nice. The Latitude concierge was amazing to work with. Their communication with me before, during, and after our stay was amazing.

This place was epic. We absolutely loved it. Instructions were easy to follow and the host was a great communicator. We loved the house. It has a ton of space, it's in fantastic shape and it has a fantastic location. Without a doubt, we will be returning next year for our baseball tournament. Rooms are clean and huge in size. If you're going to have any adults share rooms, keep in mind tall folks may have a hard time with the pull-out couches, but they're perfect for kids. Even after having so many rooms, individual bathrooms, there's still a bunch of space, and I mean a bunch of space for people to roam to. The kitchen and stove are absolutely wonderful, and the pool and backyard is fantastic. It's kind of mind-blowing how much space there is in this rental. You will be very happy you chose this place. Highly recommended!
