「First of all, the store didn't let me stay, and I didn't want a refund. Second: I was not allowed to go upstairs. Third: Expedia customer service only has intelligent customer service. It said that it would be communicated for two hours, and I waited downstairs for three hours. As a result, I changed to another hotel.」

「The owners were very easy to reach, remedied issues quickly; and friendly. The master bed is huge and comfy. We could not use one of the bedrooms the first night which was very frustrating because we were exhausted (it reeked of dog urine but they came the next morning and replaced rug and cleaned floor). There were also a couple roach sightings :( I would have given a 5 star if some sort of monetary recoup for the loss of one bedroom for the night had been offered.」

「Very clean and nice property. Pet friendly and on a great large converted mill building with a pool and outdoor covered grills.
My only complaint is that I didn't receive clear directions on where to go and it's several really big buildings. Other than that I would highly recommend it and would stay there again.」

「This unit was very clean, stylish and the complex felt very safe which is all really important to me when traveling. The host Daniyal was amazing! Her instructions to access the building, unit and where to park were perfect and she follows up to ensure that you checked-in and are settled which I appreciate and is available for any questions or concerns at all times. The unit is equipped with everything you could need at this home away from home. This was my first visit to Greenville but not my...
