「Very nice stay. Unfortunately, door code would not work until exactly 3pm....(I know) but it would not work at 240pm or 258pm....... I mean, that really inconvenient....This will continue to push people towards hotels... We have to be out by 10am exactly, or there's a fee. but god forbid we get into the room 10 minutes early .... Shame.」
