「New clean modern , great rooms especially the view over the harbour entrance . Staff are really friendly , off-site parking one block from Novotel is the cheapest and and convenient . I’m extending by staying one more week , really a great hotel in a good location!」

「The location of hotel is very good. Easy to find and close to town centre. The hotel host was very friendly. I left my camera bag on a chair at the reception area during check in. My wallet and passport were also in the bag. When I came back to the reception 2 hours later, thanks god that the hotel host help me to keep it and gave it back to me. I really appreciate very much.」

「感謝職員為我們升級了海景客房，這客房景觀非常靚，是全面望海，晚上能看見月亮由海平面升上天空，這是一個好好的骿驗。雖然是在馬路邊，但這是一個寧靜的小鎮，所以環境好靜，反而樓宇內部隔音需要改善，在房間裡能聽到人們上落樓梯的聲音。以及浴室熱水並不足夠，如果是冬天應該不能淋浴。酒店提供的早餐十分精緻及好味，酒店整體十分滿意。」

「We stayed at "Philpotts" for 2 nights and the houses were beautifully furnished and had a garden full of different plants. The landlord was very attentive and provided a rich breakfast to us. Look forward to staying again in the near future.」
