「Excellent stay! Bright, welcoming, comfortable large upstairs studio. Easy check-in. Back deck private & comfortable. Wonderfully quiet neighborhood. Close to beach, dining, shopping & other options. As my friend said: "Place was even more than I had anticipated. So homey and welcoming. Throughly enjoyed our stay."A million times better than a hotel room, not perfect, but perfectly wonderful! Last minute end of summer before school getaway, harder to find options for 2 with 2 beds for vacation...

「My husband and I love the Cape, however this was our first time staying in Falmouth. The room was adequate for our needs. The location to the beach was perfect, and the amazing restaurant located on the property was an extra perk. It was great to watch various age groups enjoy the baseball field throughout the day. Bring your sneakers because the area is great for walking! We would definately stay here again.」

「Overall a good unit has the basics and right by Falmouth heights beach- just walk across the street. The unit literally sits adjacent to the patio bar of the attached restaurant, so right outside your window (the one w the view) will be droves of people eating and drinking while music plays. This is a great location and has what you’d need but if you don’t want people right outside that window I’d chose a different unit. You will have zero privacy. Outside of that it’s a good spot.」
