Private one level living ranch within 5 miles of prime beaches ,mall restaurants in quiet neighborhood of upper end homes.Great floor plan with lovely sunroom abutting deck with a fenced in back yard.We have 19 five star reviews on airb and b over the last 3 years and are in the top 5% of rentals.

Very clean and nice house. Kitchen could use an air fryer as they are a much used appliance in todays world. I think the kitchen linen should be put in the drawer with the pot holders. We did not find them until later in week. Probably could use two kitchen towels. Key pad entry instructions should be given in the message with the code. We were not sure how to enter the number. The password needs written better to differentiate between upper and lower case.

Wonderful stay in this clean, spacious, and quiet neighborhood home. This location was central to many sites we visited, some suggested by Kevin. He was a great host, and I highly recommend a stay here. A/C was a plus!

August getaway!

We had a great stay at the cape. The home is nestled in a quiet neighborhood within 10 min from several beaches, restaurants, attractions, and the rail trail. House was very clean and amenities such as towels/linens, kitchen supplies, and beach items were available and in great condition. Rooms and beds were comfortable and spacious. There is a nice sunroom and deck area with gas fire pit and grille. Host was very responsive and accommodating. It was a great home base for our week at the beach!
