Staff were really friendly and it was walking distance to a lot of places to eat or shop. It was only a few minutes to the Yellowstone NP entrance so super convenient.

Reserved a single queen and by the photo on the Expedia site it looked like a new room. We were given a 2 queen L shaped room which was dated with old furnishings. Would have never chosen this room.

Great little spot with free breakfast! Room was basic but fine. Staff were super friendly and helpful. It’s loud though - fans run automatically in the bathrooms so you can hear your neighbor’s fans running and upstairs you get footsteps as well. It’s a hopping place early so don’t expect to sleep in!

No elevator so it is difficult if the room in the second floor. Have to carry suitcases through the stairs. Breakfast just average.

This is right next to the national park, and restaurants are nearby. The breakfast was nice, and the overall stay was quiet and nice.

Staff was very helpful! They had lots of helpful information about West Yellowstone and the Park. I really appreciated that! The building is older but rooms are nicely updated. I think because building is older the walls are more solid so rooms are quieter. I forgot my cell phone charger, when we drove back through a couple days later the staff found it for me!!! Great customer service!
