「Rural is a key word. It is family run. We arrived on a Sunday and the family was out. We were greeted by one of their staff, Natalia. Such a nice woman. She realized due to the time and a Sunday that we would have few options for dinner. She shared her family dinner with us. It is very quiet. We enjoyed touring neighboring towns while using this as a home base. Once we found it, it was very easy to come and go.」

「It is challenging to talk with the staff when arrive to facility. No one at the place to check you in and no information ahead of time to prepare for this.
If we did not get help from other guests how to check in, it would have been more challenging. Needs significant improvements how to check in and prepare guests for them to check in.」
