Fossatún Camping Pods & cottages – Sleeping bag accommodation
The property was very nice, I enjoyed the interactive troll themed hiking trails and spring fed hot tubs in the evening. Cabins were clean and cozy, probably the comfiest mattress I slept on durning my trip. Each cabin had a small mini fridge and the shared bathrooms were only a 30 second walk away. ...

Hotel Laxarbakki
Clean, comfortable room, with excellent view to north. Was able to see northern lights all three nights from the comfort of room while temperatures outside were -15 degrees c windchills. Great location if hunting for northern lights. Kitchen had utincils for two of us.
