“Apart from the great view during breakfast and the warm, enthusiastic front desk staff, this guesthouse is utterly disappointing and highly not recommended. I have never been to a place that doesn't offer eggs for breakfast. The only food available was unpalatable cakes, very hard bread, chopped tomatoes, sliced cucumber, and some peaches that were nearly rotten. The soundproofing in the rooms is terrible. You can clearly hear someone sneezing in the room on the floor below, and at around 2:00……

“Room was very clean and well set up equipped , perfect for our stay. Balcony was nice with a lovely view. Staff prepared a large breakfast spread every morning with several great options, something for every taste. Communication with the hotel was exceptional , helping to coordinate train station pickups as well as transfers to Palermo airport. Drivers where on time for both and very professional. couldn't be happier with our stay , and hope to one day return.”

“一切都很滿意”

“It is a great hotel! Very spacious room and comfortable bed. It is not close to Palermo downtown (need an hour train) but just 20 mins walk to a beautiful beach or just 5 mins walk to an average beach. For us just spent two full days in beaches so no problem with a little remote from downtown. Do call the hotel to arrange pick up in the airport as the city taxi is much more expensive.”

“Nice staff.good service”

“入住酒店時, 已訂2間客房, 但到CHECK IN 時, 酒店負責人說有一間取消, 但由此至終並沒有取消。幾經交涉, 酒店安排另一間客房, 但個刻的心情已受影響。所以入住時, 必定要SEND EMAIL到酒店確認訂單。以免影響旅行的心情。”

“This hotel and spa was one of my favorite during a recent visit to Sicily. The property is beautiful with an amazing outdoor pool. While I did not use the spa myself, friends who I traveled with did and spoke highly of the amenities. The staff were friendly and helpful and breakfast buffet great.”

“Reception staff and valet parking were exceptional. The room was nice and comfortable. It’s in a perfect location however to see the sights and lots of dining options. The reception was very helpful with dining options available in the area.”

“Breakfast was great. The tranquility of the surroundings was just amazing. Wish we had stayed more than 2 nights.”
