「This was my first time ever using Vrbo so I was a bit nervous but the host was so welcoming and the check-in process was a breeze!!! The location of the apartment was amazing!!! My best friend and I forgot a few things at home but was able to walk 2 minutes to a Whole Foods and grabbed what we needed! I was instantly booked but then asked a bunch of verification questions and questions about my guest and our trip. Felt like these should have been asked up front. They were also being asked by a property manager so communication was a little tricky. Need to be more transparent about that. 」
