「My Dad and I booked a once in a life time trip to India, once we arrived at the apartment at 1am there was no one there to check us in. Before travelling I was advised to contact the care taker who would let us in, i called and called (as well as reception) and no one answered Leading to us having to check in to an alternative hotel for the night. I am still fighting for a refund for the first night... I wouldnt call the apartments serviced, as it would only 'serviced' the first two days out of...

「I have always enjoyed my stay at Theory9, however, this time there were extremely noisy guests living on the same floor who didn't sleep till 2am, cooked a full meal in the kitchenette, left the dishes unwashed and unusable for the other guests on the floor. The staff saw this but didn't say anything to them. There was one night where they came back to the room at 1:30am and wouldn't talk softly at all. That woke me up and I couldn't fall back asleep. Just a terrible experience overall.」

「這家酒店的地址與實際住宿地址不一樣, 在到達孟買己是零晨12點, 到酒店地址時, 已是1點半, 用了快一個小時, 聯絡,找酒店, 聯絡人又找不到我們的訂房, 英文也很差, 沒法溝通. 另外又要換車等等. 房屋是新的, 但所在地附近宦是貧民窟, 零晨兩點經過這地方, 不出意外已很幸運.」

「I couldn't stay in this property which IS NOT TO RENT and apparently has never been !!! As I couldn't reach the host, I went to the address given by Vrbo and was most surprised to be told by the guardians that though the property existed it had never been to rent... I had to phone Vrbo in the USA ..They refunded me..this fraud is incomprehensible..A bad joke ?!」

「The owner locked the door of the rented space from the outside. They had no access into or out of the space. He extorted additional money while they were there. The owner shared a bathroom with the renters. The place was filthy, there was no clean drinking water. There was limited access to food and no place to store purchased food. The owner attempted to control their choices and became upset if they disagreed with him.」
