Paris Las Vegas Resort & Casino

"Nice casino. Everything was very clean and well kept. Nice pool area and our pool server was excellent. Rooms were clean but rather small. Great elevators. Restaurants overly expensive. "

Holiday Inn Golden Gateway by IHG

The LINQ Hotel & Casino – A Caesars Rewards Destination
8/10 Good
"It was okay"

Luxor Hotel and Casino
4/10 Poor
"Maybe I'm old fashioned, but I like to be greeted and checked in and given directions, especially at a hotel that size! I had to check myself in, make my own room key, could not request a room away from the ice machine. The room was sparse as can be - no fridge, no coffee maker. My son is a diabetic and we need to keep his insulin cool - I've never not had a fridge! Considering the price, NOT worth it"

The Venetian Resort Las Vegas
10/10 Excellent
"Friendly staff, great location to shops and restaurants, great size rooms that were very clean. "

Treasure Island - TI Las Vegas Hotel & Casino
6/10 Okay
"Property location was great (center of the Strip). Rooms were very dated and the furniture was very old, some furniture was broken (dresser drawers, base of drawers fell apart when you put clothes in them). The room was serviced every day with trash cans emptied and fresh towels supplied, all bedding was clean however we did receive towels which were torn and the room would have benefited from a deep clean as all countertops were dusty. All the staff were extremely well mannered and professional. The food in the restaurants were very good with the exception of the pizza shop which was poor. Their show was fantastic and the casino was and pool area was standard for the area. We rolled with it and overall enjoyed our vacation."

Anaheim Majestic Garden Hotel
6/10 Okay
"It’s a great location, and it looks like the hotel used to be spectacular, but it needs some investment in infrastructure and staffing. Great things: almost all of the staff were attentive and kind, Hanagi is an outstanding Japanese restaurant with delicious food and great service, the bar serves tasty drinks, and checking in was quick and easy.
Not so good: the food in the Garden Court was mediocre, edible but not very tasty, and it was severely understaffed. Sunday around 10:30 we tried to get breakfast, there only were 2 servers, no host or manager to greet us. We waited 10 minutes for one server to write our name on a waiting list, we seemed to be at the top of the queue but she said it would be 30-40 minutes. We noticed about a dozen occupied tables, and more than 30 dirty tables. They need to get more workers in the restaurant!
Housekeeping is once every three days; the bathroom drains had a foul stench of sewage that filled the room a couple of days, which they corrected after we asked. The thermostat buttons didn’t work well, had to push 4-5 times to adjust it, the automated parking system failed to scan our ticket more than half the time, the landscaping hadn’t been refreshed for several weeks so it all looked a little sloppy, the WiFi was worthlessly bad, and outside of the lobby the garbage bins were often overflowing.
