"Everything was decent and clean. Location was great except for the parking. It is off-site and about a 4-5 minute walk a couple of blocks away and around the corner. That was a surprise to me! Our shower leaked and created a huge puddle in the bathroom. We did not dine at either bar or restaurant since prices were so high. We literally slept and showered there, but it offered great walking access to Times Square and Broadway theaters. Of course, subway to anywhere else."

"I went downstairs to have coffee, and the restaurant was not full. However, I was refused entry. The staff member told me, in a very rude manner, that the area was only for breakfast. There were no amenities available, even if I was willing to pay for them. Additionally, the towels were of very poor quality."
