Country Houses in Westmoreland

"This is my own personal experience of Country Country. I didn’t think the staff went above and beyond. The rooms were not as clean with spider webs everywhere. We asked for two blankets multiple times and never got them. Beach towels weren’t readily available when one was soiled. I really wanted to experience prior reviews. But that just didn’t happen. Food was mediocre. Our server was very nice when we did eat there for breakfast. The menu did not reflect what they had. The stay was worth it for the beach access and the stores around like Hi Lo. I feel like no one tried to make us feel welcomed. I won’t stay here again as I’ve experienced other hotels on 7 mile that are a lot more dedicated to their guests. Was pretty disappointed. My Son was told he couldn’t dig on the sand. He’s a kid and that’s what kids do on a beach. Maybe add some signs no digging is allowed. Other properties gad kids digging on the sand and have a great time. I felt like we were walking in egg shells. "

"This is our second stay at Negril Tree House. We had a wonderful stay. The property is clean and the staff are very friendly."

"Couples airport lounge was very convenient and shuttle service were excellent. The entire staff was welcoming and friendly throughout our stay. The beach area was great and relaxing. Pool and beach side bars were very good. Lemon Grass was easily our favorite restaurant (Asian theme) and Sea Grape (Pool/beach side area) was 2nd best. Our room was in the Great House. The bed was comfortable, but the room was very dated and bathroom lighting was poor. We moved to a Garden Suite room on the 4th night (Original Great House room had a bad odor coming from the shower drain), and it was much nicer."

"A lovely boutique hotel in a very safe area, conveniently located near a grocery store with several restaurants just a short walk down the strip. The hotel itself is beautiful, featuring a gorgeous beach area, a nice pool, and a great bar. One thing to keep in mind: if you’re hoping for an ocean view, be sure to book a room on the second floor, as the bushes can block the view from first-floor rooms. The staff was definitely welcoming and I love that they played Caribbean music vs American 80s music. "

"We reached after check in hours and the security had our key. He was very professional and made sure that we were the right person for the room. He directed us where we should park. The property is has beautiful flower bushes around it, and well maintained. Our room was cleaned, and the AC worked really well. In our room we had a mini fridge that was already plugged in and a television. The room is very spacious. In the closet there is a safe for you to put your personal belongings. There is a lot of drawer space to put your clothes. The bathroom was nice, this is an older property so don’t expect one of the newest bathroom standard but enough space to put all your necessities. The hot water pressure was amazing. They supply you with two towels, two small soap, please bring your washcloths, etc. The property has its own beach area with a lot of seating options. Everyone was pleasant and nice. The only thing I would change is letting them know the area I would like to stay (beach side), at check in as I was facing the road and I could hear every cars. Overall a good stay. Big up Miss. Kaydia the receptionist, and Indian (Horse back tour person). He was very patient."

"The check in was ok Jada was very helpful, accommodate me to my room she even offered me some of her jelly coconut.My only problem was the tv base on the fact that its a smart Tv it should set up even to watch youtube. So i had no tv to watched."
