Perfect location, within walking distance of train station & to the seafront & shops. Room was clean & very spacious. Plenty of tea/coffee/hot chocolate & biscuits :) Would definitely recommend.

Was given the codes to get in the property and the room number. I like this type of checking in as you dont feel as if people are watching you. I was given the owners number so that if i had a problem he would be able to sort it.

Elm Tree met every requirement I had as a solo holiday maker needing a room and nothing more. I found it to be a very clean place and it was useful to be able to access and use the room the room easily a any time during my stay. I would certainly be pleased to stay there again if circumstances allow..

A very beautiful amazing place to stay , very clean spacious and homely feel. The Gentleman that checked us in when we arrived was very friendly and helpful. Greeted by very friendly staff. Accommodation is in a excellent location very close to beachfront. Lots of cafes restaurants and shopping high street. Rooms were spacious and.clean with all facilities we needed. Hi Bly criticism is the mattresses need changing on the double bed far too soft

Visiting Weston

I was visiting a friend in Weston and booked to stay in a single room at the hotel, when I arrived I was greeted by Sam who took me through all the door codes I would need to get in and out and he told me he had upgraded my room to a double, I was only there for two nights so didn’t see Sam again. The room had a very comfy bed, tv, kettle and enough tea, coffee and hot choc to last a week, the toilet and shower were both very clean with 2 sets of bath towels and hand towels. This is a budget friendly guesthouse which was perfect for my requirements.
