Tiles missing out of the steam room, only noticed as it wasn’t working, not one shower in the spa area working, had to go into changing rooms to shower down after sauna etc. water fountain not working. Had a wonderful stay in the cottage. Underfloor heating was fantastic and the beds were very comfortable. Rosemary was very welcoming and left us a beautiful lemon cake in the kitchen. Don't think I've seen so many excellent reviews on any property and they are all well deserved.
