"The room looks colorful and nice but the surfaces are dusty! The curtains are so thin that the lights outside make the room "bright" making it hard to sleep. Love the location. "

"Not sure if it is smokefree facility but someone was smoking in the penthouse area possibly the fire exit, well the smoke stench was coming back in through the restroom vent(3am). Other than that I enjoy this casino."

"We were in a room for a disabled person. We did not enjoy it and it was very inconvenient. Also, at check-in, I had to get a luggage cart, load it and had to take it to our room—I am a senior citizen! The TV selection was very poor and had too many sports channels. At check-out I had to load the luggage cart and load the luggage into my car. There wasn’t a refrigerator in our room. Your outdoor lighting around the trees was not working properly. In summary, we were very disappointed in the professionalism and quality of our stay and request a refund."

"If my teenage son would have agreed to find another hotel I would have left once I got off the elevator onto our floor. It only got worse as we entered the room. I went off the 4.3 stars the hotel had on Expedia. But stay somewhere else. Our room had dust from the day the hotel opened…it obviously was wasn’t vacuumed bc there was a kids toy strawberry on the floor right when you walk in by the bench. The bathroom was cleaned and the sheets were changed but the rest of the room was filthy. Dirty finger prints and hand smudges on all doors and main door lock/ handle. I slept with the lights on. I definitely wouldn’t stay there alone. :/"
