「We had the best long weekend! The home was gorgeous and very very clean. It was decorated beautifully. It was stoked with all essentials. The hostess was so kind and so easy to communicate with. We rented a boat at Nick’s. We had a great day on the lake. We will definitely be back!」

「Terrific house! Minutes from Rough River Lake boat ramp and state park. Restaurants and convenience stores nearby also. well equipped kitchen and grill made cooking easy. There is a path that leads down to the water. No dock, but we were able to tie our boat up and leave overnight with no issues.」

「We came to the area for the weekend to spend some time with our adult children before one of them left the state for a new job. The home was the most clean VRBO we have ever stayed in. The host was responsive and so helpful. We will definitely be returning to this home!」

「Enjoyed our stay, grandkids enjoyed activities in garage ( needs to be swept) overall really enjoyed our stay」

「The house was supplied with most everything we needed from cooking supplies, cleaning, and showering. Very beautiful and clean home with nice open living room area. The master bathroom had a Jack and Jill shower very modern! Wi-Fi and even a record player was supplied. They had some basics there including coffee and butter. The backyard fire pit and chairs were perfect. The view was amazing. The river was good too look at but definitely not to swim in. You could jump off the dock but...

The house and property met our needs and allowed for us to have a great family vacation. Do keep in mind that you are located in the middle of nature so there will be lots of bugs and wildlife. The fresh eggs and other surprises that Darrell brought us made our trip even a little more special. 」

「The property has about everything you need for a relaxing lake get away. We had an absolute blast with our kids and grandkids. There were 3 adult couples and 3 children. It slept everyone comfortably. I would definitely recommend this escape to anyone wanting a peaceful escape. 」

「This 2 bedroom home was just as stated. It was cozy and relaxing. The house was very clean with nice size bedrooms with comfortable bedding. The bathroom was a nice size with great water pressure for showering. And the washer and dryer was a great addition.This house was nestled in a quite neighborhood with a concrete driveway with the perfect place to sit and enjoy the outside.It was a perfect house to stay for us to visit my Aunt who is at the Grayson nursing home located within a few miles....

「We were there for baseball in Elizabethtown- just fyi it’s a different time zone. House was perfect! It’s so much more compared to the pictures, super comfortable, and great location! 」

「The cabin is beautiful, cozy, and comfortable. Check in was easy and uncomplicated. We didn't use much in the kitchen, but it appeared well stocked.」

The house was very clean and the kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked with all the essentials (and more) that we needed. It was well decorated and furniture was all very comfortable.
