“The property was just as described, with lits of littke extras - very well equipped. In a good positio to walk into the city centre ( even if Botchergate got a bit lively on New Years Eve!). I'd happily stay again and would recommend it. ”

The only disappointing thing was the water going off (ironic in the lake district) but obviously not your fault. The only thing that would have helped is instructions on a couple of things. “Set on a working farm in beautiful countryside with far reaching views. The property was lovely & clean & contained everything needed for a relaxing stay. A very comfortable bed, a lovely shower with plenty of hot water & the property was lovely & warm. There was plenty if onsite parking. Whilst we didn’t need to contact the hosts we knew they were close should we have need them. Lovely welcome pack on arrival. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay & will certainly return if we visit this area in the……

“I found the apartment to be clean, comfortable and well equipped, the allocated parking space is great to have as street parking can be challenging in Keswick. The location is perfect, quiet with only a short walk into town. I'd certainly book again unless I decided to take bikes as there didn't appear to be anywhere for storing them. The welcome tray of tea and coffee etc. was much appreciated after a long drive, thank you.”

“A true gem in the heart of Keswick! The property felt like home from home, but with the luxury and convenience you would expect from a holiday rental. There is free onsite parking, check-in is easy (the hosts actually contacted us on the day to say we could check-in earlier if we wanted to), and communication with the host was quick and helpful. We travelled with our two year old and the property had plenty of space for her to run round in, as well as toddler cutlery/plates, a high chair, travel……

“We had a wonderful stay in this cosy, quiet cottage with plenty of space and everything you needed. The beds were very comfortable, the kitchen well stocked but, you will need to bring any essentials salt and pepper, oil, etc. very nice pet welcome pack and packs of welcome with tea and cleaning items. There is a village shop nearby and several pub restaurants. There are a number of great walks on your doorstep from easy to more challenging without needing drive.. A beautiful area to explore so……

“The cottage was well appointed and met all of our needs. Beds were comfortable and the bathroom modern and clean. Parking space was good and location excellent for access to local amenities and Keswick. Would happily return. Minor issues would be I found the living room sofas a little to soft for me and access is up a short flight of steps although this didn't pose a problem for us.”

“Although the weather was awful, we were pleased to have such a cosy cottage to come back to. It had all the amenities we could possibly need, and the cleanliness was second to none. The location was great. Quiet, with lovely mountain views, but close enough to walk into Keswick. Definitely hope to come back.”
