「We booked this for a 2 week trip, and the apartment looked like the pictures. Everything was updated and clean. However, the split units didn’t provide much heat when the temperature dropped at night so the unit was rather cold throughout the night and in the mornings. The water heater also did not work very well, as we lost hot water after a 6 minute shower. The unit was also advertised to have a washer, but there wasn’t one, just a hole in the wall where the washer could connect (which let in...
