「Our stay was pleasant. Staff was courteous and friendly. The room was clean and spacious. Its an old building but well kept. Nothing fancy but enough for what we needed. We were out all day & went back to hotel to sleep. Walls are thin like other people mentioned, so u could hear yr next door neighbors tv. It didn't bother us, cause it was on while ours was too. There is a bar across the road so on the weekend people coming and going can be heard, but then again, we had our windows...

「Jayden, Megan and Shawn were friendly and helpful and kind. The hotel is very very old but beautiful and the beds clean and comfortable. The hotel is right in the water so you fall asleep to water lapping at the walls. The hotel is also super convenient as it is right next to the main shopping street. Highly recommend」

「This Hotel offered excellent service, the room was perfect and we enjoyed our stay. We ate in the dining room for breakfast and dinner and both meals were of a high standard. We would definitely recommend to others to stay here if they came to the Shetlands and we would stay here again. 」

「It was our first time in Shetland and from the day we arrived the staff could not have done anything more for us they went over and above to help us with places to go things to see .
