Immaculate with extra attention to detail.

• Master bedroom with triple wardrobe, double shower and ensuite bathroom
• Double bedroom with double wardrobe
• Comfortable double sleeper couch in the lounge
• Separate full bathroom and toilet
• Both bedrooms open out onto the sunny deck
• Lovely well-kept gardens with plenty of space for kids to play
• Outdoor toilet and shower with hot and cold water - perfect for after the beach
• 10 min walk to the beach
• 15 min walk to town
• 5 min walk to Williamson Golf Course and the Community Centre with swimming pool
• Fire place – cosy in the winter
• Great friendly neighbours
• Plenty of walks and activities
• Off-street parking for four vehicles and even room for a trailer boat
• Free wifi and Netflix
Special conditions:
Property rental is for a maximum of six people. Sheets, pillowcases and towels
are supplied. No additional guests staying beyond those booked. No smoking inside. Ask us
about your pets. Deposit of 25% required when booking. Balance due 2 weeks before occupancy off
peak, and 4 weeks before occupancy during peak season. A bond may apply at our discretion. 2 pm
check in, 10am check out. A fee for cleaning of $75.00 is required.

Close to beach

This clean and comfortable house is only a ten minute walk to the beach. The owner was super responsive when we had an issue with the wifi and persisted until we got it fixed. Much appreciated!

Property was superb. Clean, warm and sunny. It was also very well equipped and laid out. A great choice for a stay in Whangamata. Sharon was very clear with communications which made check in and making the most of the property super easy.

Wonderful!

Even though the weather was atrocious we enjoyed our stay in this lovely home. It is well laid out, superbly clean, and had everything we needed. Sharon was great to deal with and was very caring about our welfare. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet spot within easy walking distance of the surf club.
