「My family and I loved our stay in this new apartment. It's often hard to find something really great quality in a great location but this was spot on. The host went above and beyond to accommodate us with our daughter making us feel settled right away. I have to say the bed was incredibly comfortable and really appreciated the high quality of the decor and items such as towels and linen. It really did feel like a luxurious weekend away.」

「This was a lovely clean, tidy and spacious property. Well heated and very well equipped. Wanted for nothing expect a bit more water pressure in the showers and a heater (or underfloor heating) in the ensuite (which was also on the tiny side but fine for a short stay). Lots of space for everyone and the kitchen was really well equipped. Location wise, could not have asked for better! Would love to come back and explore more in summer time.」

「Nelson is a wonderful community, and this property is ideally located -- close to downtown, grocery stores, and nearby hiking. Shared bike/ped paths were also nearby for quick access. The unit has a couple of bicycles, and we used these as our primary in-town transportation. The kitchen is well equipped with a good complement of appliances. The garden is a quiet haven with lots of flowers, herbs, and fruit trees. This place is a great find!」

「We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Nelson at Alan’s property. Communication with Alan was a breeze along with check-in and check-out. The house was as advertised, well stocked and clean. The location was amazing, as you could be walking along the Maitai, wandering the Queen’s Gardens or brunching downtown in a matter of minutes. We will definitely be booking Alan’s property on our next visit.」
