Everything was very good. The room looked clean, the staff gave me a call and messaged me about the details of the room and required facilities prior which was actually very helpful, no problem with the parking at all, and we had a really good time. We were so tired but this stay gave us a good relaxation and sound sleep. Also, my husband left his jacket so I reached out them, I was really happy to see them responding very quick, friendly conversation, and very thankful for their help to get the jacket to Auckland via delivery. Overall, I loved the stay and will definitely come in the future.

Pleasant stay and appreciate the charging facilities for EV. It does suffer a bit from some traffic noise as London Street is SH3 as it passes through the town, so if someone is sensitive to noise, bring earplugs.
