“We were not allowed to stay so they could house illegal aliens”

“I stayed at this hotel for five days, and it was a very disappointing experience. The first day, the room was acceptable, but after that, housekeeping was extremely poor. On the second day, I had to take out my own trash because no one cleaned the room. I reported the issue, but the next day the room was in even worse condition. By the fourth day, the housekeeping supervisor had to come personally to clean the room. The breakfast was good .Throughout my stay, the bed sheets were never changed.……

He was also very welcoming and cooked an incredible breakfast. If you are interested in Massachusetts and/or early American history and want a stay with a difference I would thoroughly recommend Josiah Keith House.”

“We had an issue with the room when we checked in, but the staff was really responsive, quickly changed our room, escorted us to the new room and did a full inspection. Truly appreciated the attention to the matter”

“It's a really good night that I stayed in this Hotel. Good front desk, clean indoor environment and even those handrail installed in the bathroom for senior people. Nice and friendly.”

“The staff at this hotel were appropriately kind and helpful. The room and the halls were dirty. The facilities needed significant cleaning and could be updated some. Out of the three nights I have been on the road so far, this was the dirtiest hotel. I stayed up. It was affordable for the area and the ratings stated it was clean. However, this is not what I found.”

“I had an excellent stay. All the way from the desk clerks, breakfast attendants, and housekeepers they provided superb service. The hotel was well maintained inside and outside and no type of debris lying anywhere. The food was excellent and the breakfast attendants had such lively and glowing personalities. All employees gave outstanding service and made me feel welcome with their warmth, being attentive, and made me feel valued as a customer and a person. It was a pleasure to stay here.”
