There is a $25 charge per person per night over the standard occupancy. Guests must be 25 years of age to make a reservation and must provide ID at check-in unless prior approval has been given. Harmony Whistler retains the right to refuse access to any property if this condition has not been met and no refund will be provided. NO GROUPS.

Pets of any kind are not permitted in this home. There will be a fine of up to $500 for any pets or evidence of pets found in the units if permission has not been granted.

All rates are subject to a 5% GST, 8% PST, 3% hotel tax & 7% booking fee.

Prior to check-in, guests will be required to provide a credit card plus photo identification for a pre-authorization of $500. The credit card may be charged up to $500 after departure if the property is damaged, requires excessive cleaning, or if items are missing. The credit card provided must be in the name of the main guest.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. The hot tub was lovely to come home to after a day of hiking, and the kitchen had everything we needed. The living space was a little tight for our group, but we appreciated the 2.5 bedrooms upstairs. We had a couple of issues with the property, including a mouse on the ground floor, which the property management company responded to quickly setting up some traps. They claim mice are common this time of year in homes in the area. We had a second vehicle with us, which we parked in Lot 5 from 9 am - 5 pm daily (10), and moved to the street outside the parkade entrance overnight. The lot is really close and it wasn't too much of a hassle. Overall a nice stay - great location and attentive management.

The property was exactly as advertised. The space isn’t huge but worked just fine for our family or 4. The kitchen is small but it had everything you needed. The location was excellent to ski. Bus #4 picks up right across the street and takes you directly to the ski area. Easy walkable access to the village and marketplace.

Our group of 4 stayed here Feb 2025. The really great things were the lovely hot tub, which we used regularly, the king bed very comfortable, the tv in bedrooms great. It was extremely convenient to get to everything you want in Marketplace. The only suggestions I have is that the floor radiators on main floor and master bedroom need replacement, w e couldn’t get the cover to go up on one of them upstairs, kind of unitedly. There were 2 areas of carpet staining on the floor of the master bedroom, and the tiles in the master bedroom are cracked . I would say it needs some minor upkeep to make it a 5 star property. Overall it was great.

Furniture needs to be replace or at least clean. Living room sofa and chair was not clean. Looks like never been cleaned or shampooed. Patio needs couple of chairs and a table to seat since living room has no AC and very hot in the evening. Patio light is broken and also no bulb,needs te replace. Bathrooms faucet are leaking and needs reaping. Public area walk ways and stairs needs repair. Location is excellent, close to village, shopping and buses. Overall it was ok for few days. I asked them for one hour late check out and they made it for me, it was nice .

Harmony staff were wonderful and responsive. But we understand owner does upkeep.The place is outdated and needs maintenance-state on reviews years ago and upkeep not done.Examples -broken rubber mat to hot tub is unsafe, kitchen soap dispenser does not work, seal on downstairs shower falling off, & downstairs sink not draining well, thick duvet all that was provided for July heat wave, limited supplies- no soap dish just soap on towel, no pot scrubber, measuring spoons, pie plates. Also heat vent below sliding door rusted & dirty, blinds heavy-great location but needs maintenance.

Very good location, well stocked kitchen supplies, and easy check in. The only down side was when I was filling water in the bath and accidentally bumped the jet for a split second and what came out of that was absolutely disgusting… the bath was not used again after that. That aside, every thing was well kept and clean.

This condo is a great option to be an easy walk to the village without breaking the bank. The "half-bedroom" is basically a closet with a bed, but it allowed three guys to each have separate spaces. The private hot tub was a plus. The complex itself was a bit loud at night (the courtyard has a shared pool and multiple private hot tubs - obviously people are going to use them), but things generally settled down by 11 or so. The condo had a bit of ordinary wear-and-tear, but was clean and the communication with the management company was excellent. Would stay there again with the guys, but would probably splurge for an upgrade if traveling with my wife.

The location was great, right next to the village and a very short walk to the grocery store. The kitchen had all the amenities you would need to cook a good meal. The place was generally clean. As others have noted this is NOT a 3 bedroom. The third room is 5 feet wide by 7 feet long with a twin bed that barely fits, no closet, and a pocket door. At best this is an oversized closet with a bed in it. This should not be listed as a 3 bedroom. While it does describe itself as a 2.5 bedroom in the description, the listing is categorized as a 3 bedroom in VRBO. A more accurate categorization would be 2 bedrooms with an extra bed. You can sleep 7 (2 queens, 1 twin, one pull out couch), but you will be cramming your stuff into two bedrooms. The master bedroom is big so there is plenty of room to share some space in this room. The hot tub was hot and clean. The temps were near 100 every day while there but I did manage to use it one morning about 0600 while it was still in the 60s. It seemed well kept. The two bedrooms have window AC units that did a decent job of keeping the entire place cool even in the near 100F temps. We would open windows in the early AM to pull in cool air and with the AC the place would stay cool enough all day. These were unusually hot conditions for the area so I would say the cooling is mostly adequate. There was only one floor fan so cooling may be an issue if you are using the third bed or couch. Just keep this in mind for summer use. There was a small vacuum cleaner in the unit which was nice so we could clean up any small messes. Many rentals do not have this and it is missed when they don't. The washer and dryer were great and large capacity (many of these type of rentals have small apartment size machines). There were also washing detergents provided. We utilized these each day with no issue. If this were listed as a 2 bedroom with an extra bed we may still have rented it and would certainly give it 5 stars.
