A bit loud since you're on the town square so if partiers are going to bother you then maybe stay elsewhere. The location can't be beat, and the staff were super friendly.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The staff were friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Good location, and ok facility. The sink kept backing up with gurgling waste water and took sometime to fix leading to canceling our night out. The manager didn’t offer to move us to another room, no credit or incentive to come back after paying for the room, A bit disappointed with the customer service.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The hotel and Whistler are fantastic. The staff were very helpful. Hit it off with Beny. Nice guy. Had a problem with the TV (someone had disconnected the internet to hook up their computer) Beny was up within 5 minutes and had it up and running. The hotel sits central to the town site. Great for getting around in summer but would require a short walk (150M) to the lifts during ski season.
