Hi Gabriel, thank you for your review! We are so sorry to hear that our hotel ambience was not what you expected and also the miscommunication about your room. We always try our best to accommodate guest request however sometimes it's difficult to fulfill all the requests. Unfortunately the size of the building does provide some challenges for the parking and does mean that it can be very tight when we are fully booked. Our Front Desk team can let you know about alternative options within a couple minutes walk away. Kind regards,
