The Space:

Snow settles quietly over the surrounding forest while the peaks of Whistler and Blackcomb rise beyond the windows. After a day on the slopes, warmth from the indoor fireplace fills the living space as the steam of the private hot tub drifts into the crisp mountain air. Evenings move at a slower pace here - gathering inside with mountain views through wide windows and settling in for relaxed fireside moments after a full day of winter adventure.



Sleeping arrangements

This three-level townhouse sleeps up to 8 guests across four bedrooms and 3.5 baths. The upper level features the primary bedroom with a king bed, TV, and a double-sided gas fireplace that extends into the ensuite bathroom. The ensuite includes a deep-soaking bathtub, glass-enclosed shower, and double vanity. A second bedroom with a queen bed shares a bathroom with the third bedroom, which features twin beds and a TV. On the lower level, the fourth bedroom offers a king-split bed, TV, desk, and an ensuite bathroom with a glass-enclosed shower. A powder room near the main entrance adds convenience.



Living spaces

The main living area is centered around wide windows that frame the surrounding mountain landscape. Comfortable seating and a TV create an inviting space to unwind after skiing or exploring Whistler. The indoor fireplace provides a cozy setting during winter evenings, while heating and air conditioning help maintain comfort year-round. A separate media room offers another gathering area with a large TV and a queen sofa bed, ideal for movie nights or additional sleeping space. A dedicated workspace and thoughtful touches like a safe and portable fans support both relaxation and productivity during longer stays.



Kitchen and dining

The kitchen connects naturally to the living space, making it easy to cook and gather together after a day outdoors. Equipped with a Sub-Zero refrigerator, Wolf stove, and a spacious center island, it offers ample space for preparing meals. The dining table seats eight guests comfortably for shared dinners, while the breakfast bar provides casual seating for morning coffee before heading out to the slopes. The fully equipped kitchen makes it simple to prepare everything from quick breakfasts to full evening meals.



Outdoor living

Step outside to the private patio where the quiet forest surroundings create a peaceful winter setting. The outdoor fireplace and seating area provide a comfortable space to enjoy the mountain air, while the BBQ grill offers an additional option for outdoor cooking. Nearby, the private hot tub invites you to unwind beneath the evening sky after a day exploring Whistler’s trails and ski runs.

Guests also have access to in-unit laundry, bathroom essentials, bedroom essentials, and self check-in with a smart lock. A private entrance and free parking garage on premises add convenience throughout your stay.



Neighborhood

Located just north of Whistler Village beside Fitzsimmons Creek, the home sits in a quiet area close to the village’s shops, restaurants, and gondolas. Nesters Market is located just across the road for groceries and essentials, and a scenic trail leads into the village in about ten minutes. The location provides easy access to Whistler’s winter activities while offering a calm place to return to at the end of the day.



Guest Access:

Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patio or balcony. A private hot tub is available for your exclusive use. Parking is provided in a two-car private garage located within the secure underground parking lot. Check-in is contactless, with access granted via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.



The Neighborhood:

Fitzsimmons Walk is located just north of Whistler Village, along the Valley Trail and beside Fitzsimmons Creek. This quiet, upscale enclave offers a rare mix of privacy, mountain views, and walkable access to shops, restaurants, and the gondolas. Nesters Market is just across the road for groceries and essentials, and the village is a 10-minute walk via a scenic trail. The area is ideal for guests seeking a peaceful setting close to Whistler’s core amenities.



Getting Around:

• 7-minute walk to the north end of the Village Stroll

• 4-minute walk to Nesters Market Shopping Center which is home to a grocery store, a liquor store, a pharmacy, a cafe, a Mexican restaurant and a sushi restaurant.

• 2-minute drive to the Whistler Day Parking Lots, and an additional 5-minute walk to the base of the mountain

• 20-minute walk or 15-minute cycle to the Lost Lake trails

• A public bus stop is located just outside the complex entrance, on the corner of Blackcomb Way and Nancy Greene Drive.



Other Things to Note:

• Stairs. The home is spread over three floors with no internal elevator.

• Strictly no parties or events. To respect our neighbors, we have a strict no-party policy in this home

• Quiet hours. Whistler municipal bylaw states that quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am

• No smoking on the premises. This includes patios, decks, and hot tubs

• Not pet-friendly. No pets are permitted in this home

Convenient, comfortable accommodations close to the Village

After figuring out the check-in process, we were pleased with the property. We brought our family with teens and everyone had their own space and was happy. Kitchen was well-equipped but you will need to stop and get everything you’d need for the kitchen. If you want coffee I’m the morning, bring whole espresso beans for the coffee machine. Overall, we had a lovely time being an easy drive to the parking lots for Whistler Village.
