The Benchlands/upper Village area have some of the best restaurants in Whistler & most of the 5 star hotels! Far enough up the hill to enjoy the beautiful BC nature and tranquility, while being just steps to the ski hill and only a 5 minute commute to Whistler Village via car or fast, frequent & free shuttle that stops 100M away from the home. 10 minute walk to Upper village & 20 minute walk to Main village.

**Starting May 18th 2026, and lasting until approximately the end of September, there will be a parkade and membrane project taking place in the complex that is expected to cause some noise disturbances due to construction. Additional visitor parking for a second vehicle will not be available during this time**
