Great location
We had a super stay and it was ideal for our mixed family group. Very well equipped and beautifully appointed. Our only disappointment was the lack of the BBQ as we had meals planned and food bought! After discussion with the host we bought a small BBQ which we have left at the property so that no one else will be in our position!

Great communication with the owner of Misty Cottage. Great house, just 5 mins from the beach, with a lovely little garden to sit in and everything you could wish for in the spacious kitchen. Would definitely recommend

Family break at Misty Cottage
This is a beautiful place to stay. The house is perfect, high spec yet maintaining a homely feel. Beautifully furnished and decorated. Well stocked kitchen. Within a stones throw from the beach and a beautiful coastal walk into Whitby. We had an amazing 3 night stay and we would definately return. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home.

Wonderful Property in Stunning Location
We had a fantastic week in Misty Cottage, Whitby. The property is deceptively larger than it looks, quirky in design and beautifully decorated to match the location. We had everything we needed, pub across the road is excellent and only a 20 minute walk to the town along the stunning coastline. Thank you for allowing us to have 3 dogs, they had their best holiday. Thanks again, Andrew.

Beautiful House in Great Location
The house was very clean and well equipped. We stayed for a weekend to celebrate my 60th birthday and couldn’t have asked for any where better. All the bedrooms were very comfortable and the communal areas spacious. There are games and DVDs available and the linen and towels are of a high quality. The house is in a great location with the sea at the end of the road. It is also in a quiet location. We were able to walk in to Whitby and to Sandsend and there are plenty of things to do in the area if staying longer. We had an excellent Sunday lunch at the golf club, a 2 minute drive round the corner. Communication with the host was straightforward and timely. We’d certainly recommend it and hope that we can return sometime in the future.

We have stayed in this property before so we knew to expect the high standards and we weren't disappointed. The house looked gorgeous when we arrived and we enjoyed the treats that you left for us. The position of the house is brilliant too, not only is there a sea view but a decent walk to and from the beach, even for our little ones Thank you
