Disregard any of the elevator comments. They are working and efficient. The property provided 2 bottles of water per day and you get those at the gift shop but your $35 per day credit doesn’t apply to the shop only the restaurants in the hotel. Best location. 1/2 block from Time Square. Clean. Very friendly and helpful staff. The hotel itself is a bit rundown. That’s not important to me. I will stay again.
