“The staff was amazing. Everything was supposed to be non smoking, but the room smelled like smoke. We had to go to the office and get more towels because there wasn't a phone to call the office. We also asked for a hair dryer and was asked to return it when we checked out. I would still stay there again.”

“I showed up at the hotel with a cooler full of items that I needed to either refrigerate or freeze. I preferred freezing them. The staff helped me get everything ready and then they put them in the freezer for me. This allowed me to get home with my Hatch Green Chilies and surprise my wife. Every time I interacted with the staff they were cheerful and looking for an opportunity to be helpful. I was here for business and I hope I get sent back down to the area because I know where I want to……

“1950's exterior, fully modernized interior rooms. All clean, efficient and comfortable. Very quiet and isolated from freeway noise, but close to I-57 for easy access. Great value”

I noticed they use either unscented or fragrance-free detergent on the sheets, which was very much appreciated with my health issues. The staff was helpful, and the lady taking care of breakfast was extremely attentive. The only thing I can complain about is a bit of a musty smell in the room, but it didn't hamper our experience much.”

We requested extra lines and were immediately provided even though it was in the middle of the night. The breakfast selection had a good variety and was well stocked. Staff were friendly. Check in and out with an ease. This is becoming our Branson home when we are there.”

“Website said no rooms so booked via Expedia. TV did not work. After speaking with staff only 1 channel worked. No in room coffee maker (but had microwave and refrigerator). No hot water after all day hike!! Won’t stay here again.”
