A quaint little place with a couple good restaurants and cute shops on the same block. A very old property, but that adds to the charm. The only issue was that the rooms were VERY hot and it was not easy to cool them down.

It is listed on the National Registry of Historic Places and indeed is an old building. Despite not having a fitness center or restaurant that is open before 7 am, microwave in the room, or other small amenities, I found this hotel to be quite charming, clean, safe and with very comfortable accommodations. The mattress and pillow were the most comfortable hotel bedding I can ever recall. The closet is large enough to fit a couch or small bed inside. There’s parking outside and a lot across the street as the hotel is located in downtown near the train station and courthouse. I had a great time in the early morning, walking down Main Street window shopping as nothing was yet open. I would choose to stay here again over other modern places nearby, and I highly recommend this hotel.

We loved the atmosphere and the staff was phenomenal and very helpful. It's definitely dated but that's what we were going for because it's a historic building. Our room was quaint but beautiful. Clean the shower was hot the bed was comfortable and we would definitely stay here again. I have seen some of the reviews about the building being old but that's what you get with a 200-year-old building and that's what we appreciated with our stay.

The Collige house is a great alternative to a sterile chain hotel. The spacious rooms, bathrooms, hallway and cozy lobby reflect past grandeur. The location in a small indie town is wonderful. Beds are comfortable. If Formica bathroom counters and old furniture in the room do not bother you this is the place to stay.

The room was ROOMY! Very spacious and comfortable. Bathroom was spotless. Hotel Coolidge stands apart from other modern motels. But the price is about the same. So I opted for more character -- which The Hotel Coolidge definitely has. The common areas show some signs of age and wear. And the location in downtown White River Junction is not ideal. But I enjoyed my stay and would recommend it. 👍
