Very historic old hotel convenient to the Amtrak station, where our fall colors trip took us. Friendly staff and 24 hour coffee/tea station was much appreciated. If you're looking for modern hotel space with all the amenities, this is not it. But it fit our needs very well and we enjoyed our stay.

This is not just a Hotel, it’s also a piece of history. I really enjoyed getting to stay there. In fact, I wanted to make it a long-term place to stay. Unfortunately, so does everyone else in the area. They have a waiting list for anyone who wants to do a long-term stay. But, that’s because it’s a really nice place.

It's not just outdated its old. With that said, it is a historic hotel. If thats your thing, stay here. If you want comfort then not this place. Doors don't really shut, carpet looks like its been there for decades, cracks in the wall, shower tub painted over with cracks, a heaviness in the air, and you hear everything especially the train. Staff are very nice and helpful.
