"Excellent hotel and service. All areas of the hotel were spotless, it smelled clean and fresh, the breakfast area and pool are money. Plenary of parking, really friendly staff, and location is very near to shopping, dining, and the local hiking and beach spots. I love it here!"

"The room was never cleaned. There was fecal matter on the toilet. And live and dead roaches on the floor, shower and refrigerator. I went immediately to office to complain and ask for another room. Per A Richard Patel ( female ) she told me they were booked and she can come and clean the room later. I told her if that is your way of cleaning no thanks, so she gave me a bunch of cleaning products and I cleaned myself. Slept with lights on because of the roaches and left the next morning. Got in touch with Expedia and complained. But I was not granted a refund. "
