Way less than meets the eye.
True, there is updated floors and couches, but that is where the update ends. After confirming that the pool is available to use, we decided to book this property. Upon arrival, we discovered, the pool wasn't available, which was extremely disappointing, because we really decided on this property because of the pool. However, that wasn't the only disappointment. From the parking garage to the bedroom is 62 stair steps up, yes 62. That's a long way to haul luggage. Each bedroom had 1 window, on the same exterior wall. There was no cross breeze at all. We knew there was no AC, but figured the opened windows would help -- they did not. The fan provided had masking tape holding it together. The washing machine was tiny, and did not work well. Our favorite was the Neapolitan shower. Without touching the faucet/handle you got to take a lukewarm, burning hot, and cold shower. I finally just took cold showers, which was a little refreshing after the hot rooms of this condo. If you stay in the winter, I am sure, it is better but don't rent during the summer.
