Great location nice room& access to outdoor hottub

a great stop on our way to Dawson City didn't stay long but found a good restaurant called the paddle wheeler for dinner. Hotel provides a stocked fridge for you to cook your own breakfast. The burners on the stove didn't work but there was a small toaster oven with cook option that worked well to make the omelette - that's about it. We will stop there on the way back so we hope the burners are fixed or at least if they are not working to be advised in advance so we know (time is tight and a bit of a hassle changing to the toaster oven ) all good! Imagine if that's the biggest Problem! Not a big deal just need to know. Thanks Good overall I would recommend - central location that is walking distance to downtown and river etc...

A good location, a very well stocked refrigerator!

Super clean...home made cookies, fresh fruit, fantastic art work on the walls, lovely garden...pancake mix, choice of cereals, home made jams, eggs, bacon, fresh milk, yoghurt..good location....did notbwant to leave...lovely host...basement accommodation....shared accom...was fun!

A wonderful stay!

This place is amazing. It is a lovely basement suite done to the 9's and in great condition. The service was over the top nice but also out of our hair after we were settled in. We came and went as we pleased over two nights, had tons of breakfast stuff (pancake mix, bacon and eggs, coffee, cream... If you're okay making your own breakfast (which I prefer, to a degree), it is perfect. The hot tub was in great shape and had plenty of privacy. We were in the Teslin (twin beds) room; we shared common space with the queen bedroom next door. If you are planning a romantic getaway I'd recommend the suite across the hall, which was beautifully decorated and didn't share any space with other guests (except the patio I suppose). I guess the dogs upstairs barked when we came/left, but were quiet once we were out of their sight... A wonderful stay!
