“The apartment was very clean, safe and comfortable. Unfortunately, it is located on a busy street which created significant traffic noise. Even with the windows closed it was loud as cars, trucks and emergency vehicles passed. The other difficulty was the floor to ceiling windows. They afforded no privacy so curtains had to be closed.”

“Our family of 5 stayed at the Dragonfly for 4 nights. We appreciated the cleanliness of the home and proximity to adorable downtown Franklin (1/2 mile walk) where we frequented Millie’s for ice cream 3 nights in a row! The area was a place we felt safe in. The listing and pictures were accurate representations of the home. We didn’t really use the kitchen much, but it looked fully stocked with essential needs. Communication with the property owners was great. We didn’t really have any problems,……

There was plenty of room, it was clean as a whistle, the kitchen was stocked with everything needed and the location was right where we wanted to be - close to town, but quiet and private. She was also great wth restaurant recommendations. Much appreciated!”

“Nice place. Everything located just blocks away. Host was extremely attentive to needs and questions. Very nice neighbors offered assistance if we needed anything (one of us still recovering from a broken leg). Lots of extra touches like water and snacks, lots of towels, blankets and extra pillows. Quick to respond about a minor leak at kitchen faucet. Only suggestion we had was that all of the beds are that soft memory foam mattresses. Would be nice if one of the bedrooms would have had or……

“I came alone from northern California to visit my seven grandchildren. The farm rental was perfect. The kids ages 1 to 12 came to the farm and and got a personal tour. Lots of new born animals. They bottle fed one of the newborns. We had a BBQ. The kids requested another visit and came back again. It was great. Thank you, Andy”

“The property was lovely and the log cabin was charming. 1827! Artsy and very unique. The outdoor campfire area was very nice. You’re in the forest! It was very quiet and serene.The owner was very communicative and checked on us during our stay.We very much enjoyed the fireplace inside!I plan to look up the history of the place!I’m glad we stayed there.”
