“Overall enjoyable stay in a quaint little house in a quaint little town. Price accurately reflects the size and amenities. A couple small issues addressed with the host, who was immediately responsive. A for communication. Easy in and out. Only real issue was the large house water filter ran a cycle at 9p for an hour which made it not possible to go to bed. Host assured me they would address it for future tenants. “Ruby’s place is exactly how it is advertised! The condo is clean and comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped with dishes and appliances. Everything you need is there and ready to use. The only drawback is the stairs upon entering. For 4 people over 60 it was hard on our knees. But we made it work. The parking lot was very convenient and allowed us to park right in front of the unit. It was very quiet and the neighborhood is very clean and well maintained. We would highly recommend!”

The owner did a beautiful job on converting overhead space of a garage into a nice one bedroom fully equipped apartment.
