We also deeply appreciated the special New Year’s treats, which made the celebration feel personal and festive, as well as the joy of seeing wallabies roaming the property—such a magical and uniquely Australian touch. Her attention, kindness, and seamless care transformed an already beautiful resort into a truly memorable experience. "Great place to stay for a family and with cooking facilities. Good pool. Only concern was beds were not made on 4th day when sheets were meant to be changed. We did it ourselves by requesting new sheets and making the bed. Great view from upper levels. Would definitely stay here again and pay for higher levels."

Only gripe was the visa surcharge when settling the bill and the weekend surcharges at the restaurants, which seems unnecessary especially as they don’t take cash so no other way to pay. When you’re spending so much, this seems an over the top charge. "
