Inside, set over three levels, this 8 bedroom home with expansive ceilings and abundant windows creates immersive views over Catseye Bay, Passage Peak, Whitsunday Island and beyond. The wraparound balconies, huge pool and spa invite luxury outdoor living with spectacular views, whilst the wine cellar offers a carefully curated selection of local and international wines. Our team can curate your bespoke Hamilton Island experience offering a full range of concierge services from provisioning services to arranging a private chef for your stay and booking activities.

The Space:
Walking through the arched teak doors, guests are welcomed into the vast interior with a circular sunken lounge forming the centrepiece of the homes spacious living area.
Inside, set over three levels, this vast 8 bedroom home with expansive ceilings and abundant windows creates a sense of being part of the spectacular and unsurpassed views of the Whitsundays.
Crisp white venetian walls, lavish travertine tiles and marble bench tops are complemented by the homes carefully curated selection of luxurious homewares.
Each of the homes' 8 bedrooms has their own spacious ensuite evoking a balmy Mediterranean feel with bespoke terracotta bowl basins, arched doorways and brushed copper tapware.
The well equipped open plan kitchen with huge island bench is an entertainers delight. The kitchen with high end appliances including Gaggenau wall oven, gas cooktop and Smeg small appliances. Behind the main kitchen, the scullery has everything a private chef needs to cater for large groups, with combi oven, skope fridges, commercial cooker, deep fryer and commercial dishwashers.
The indoor melds into the outdoor through stacking ranch sliders onto a huge balcony with 5 burner Beefeater signature BBQ and a 4.5m concrete table with enough seating for 16.
The balcony wraps around to a spectacular pool, spa and pool bar area. Slide from the heated spa pool into the main pool grotto and float out to the infinity edge to marvel at the view over Catseye Beach.
Saving the best for last, this magnificent property features a wine cellar stocked with carefully selected wines, perfect to pair with fresh locally sourced seafood or meats whilst enjoying the tropical climate of the Whitsundays.

Guest Access:
Guests will be met at Hamilton Island Airport or Hamilton Island Marina by our valet service. On site caretakers will provide access and onsite familiarisation with the property.

Getting Around:
Casa Rotunda comes with 2 x electric 4-seater golf buggies included, so you are always within easy reach of all the island’s facilities. Your buggy can be re-charged at the home, and at several convenient spots around the island. Don’t forget to plug it in overnight!
At the time of booking your buggy, please advise the age of any children travelling with you during your stay at Casa Rotunda and our team will be able to assist with securing the appropriate restraints.
Important note for golf buggies on Hamilton Island:
Authorised drivers must be a minimum age of 21 years old and hold a current full drivers license to drive the vehicle.
Maximum 4 people per buggy. Seatbelts must be worn at all times. Babies and Children cannot ride on an Adult's lap.
It is a legal requirement that a passenger less than six months old must be restrained in a rearward facing infant restraint, located in the front seat.
It is a legal requirement that a passenger at least six months old, but less than four years old must be restrained in a forward facing child restraint.

Our team can also assist with hiring additional buggies if there are more than eight guests.
