Stunning views gorgeous apartment
The Edge Villa 12 was amazing, our apartment was very clean, spacious perfect for 5 adults and 2 small children. Beds were also very comfy and the pool was amazing. Perfect location as just a short walk or buggy ride to local strip of shops and restaurants. Highly recommend Villa 12.

What an awesome Villa. Can't wait to go back
Easy to book and the Lux hol staff rang and confirmed the bedding we needed a couple of days earlier. The Valet was was promp and friendly on both arrival and departure (thanks Tom) overall just perfect 10 out of 10

Stunning spot
Great unit, only a couple of things that need improving. 1. Oven didn’t work 2.need couch to relax outside 3.need to sort out a way to turn off sensor lights on stairs and ensuite.
All in all fantastic holiday, the buggy is superb also compared others on the island, has plenty of grunt to get up steep hills!! The island restaurants are really struggling to keep up with the amount of people on the island so make sure you have back up meals to have in the apartment

Relaxing and fun
Location is spot on! View is amazing. Beautiful pool. Well equipped apartment.
The only fault would be the electricals, fan in living area didn’t work and sensor lights could not be turned off.
Highly recommend this property for a perfect holiday!

Spectacular in every way
Firstly, the view is an absolute knockout! The balcony is generously proportioned, just like the rest of the apartment. The appointments are excellent, but we hardly bear to drag ourselves away from the view. The buggy is great fun and the pool (and view) is fabulous. Overall, Hamilton island provides an outstanding holiday, and the Edge apartments are the top of the heap. You'll love it.

Beautiful Views
We stayed for a week in November, and first impressions of the apartment were magnificent. It is luxurious and spotlessly clean and the views from the balcony are spectacular. Unfortunately for us the airconditioning was not working in the downstairs of the apartment (we were fine in the master bedroom). I have to say though, that after contacting Astrid, she went out of her way to get this addressed and it was looked at as fast as possible, considering it was the weekend and we were on an island. If you have unexpected problems on a holiday it is great to know that you will get the attention you expect to solve them and we were more than happy at how it was handled both by the owners and Astrid. The apartment has everything you need for a great holiday. I would highly recommend this apartment and would definitely stay here again if we return to Hamilton Island. We loved it!

beautiful views/ Great location
Great apartment with wonderful views. It was great to have the buggy included in the apartment which made it easy to get around the island. They airport transportation was very accommodating. My only complaint is due to the fact that we stayed in the apartment for a week and it would have been nice to have fresh linen and a possible refresh of the apartment mid week. After the many day excursions we did this would have made a huge difference. Other than that it was great and we would defintiely book again.

Excellent Accomodation
We have visited Hamilton Island many times & stayed in lots of accommodation.Excellent location-easy walk to Front Street and over to Catseye Beach.Buggy of course always useful & a plus. Views were just amazing -best on the Island. Complex pool was also fabulous with amazing views over the water.
