Location was great. Upkeep of the property needs improving. We have stayed at Hamilton island over 20 times at different places. Improvements needed for the property-
* BBQ- only one burner works… hard to cook for 8
* Bath towels were terrible, thin and worn out with no face washers given
* Buggy seat belts need repairing. Black ones lap belts only that cannot be adjusted and front ones get stuck in the seatbelt lock
* Second bathroom needs a makeover, especially when 6 adults have to share it with one sink positioned where you have to reach over toilet. This is also where the only mirror for 6 people is located making it very difficult for 8 adults to get ready for dinner or in our case, a wedding .
* Weeds coming up through tiles on balcony making it look unkept and messy
*All bedroom doors need to be adjusted, especially bedroom next to main that you have to slam to close and then it gets stuck.
Had great a great time on the island but this property needs maintenance and also a makeover of the bathroom to successfully accomodate 8 people comfortably. The price should reflect its limitations which it does not.
